ORDERING
When you decide to place an order with me I will need to get 50% payment (non refundable) before starting on the suit. I accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, or personal check (from US only). The remaining balance is billed after the fitting. NO SUIT WILL BE MAILED UNTIL IT IS PAID IN FULL. If this causes a suit to be shipped Express due to time restrictions, the customer is liable for the up charge.
Start by filling out and emailing us the order form. I will need you to take the following measurements; bust, waist, hips, and height. I also need a torso measurement from those ordering a one piece. I want you to take the measurement by starting the measuring tape from the center of the crotch up the torso to the point that you want the V of the neckline to come to. I also need to know what your target weight will be at the time of the show. I would like you to send me a picture of yourself so I can help match the color of the suit to your skin tone.
I will need to know when your contest date is and ask that you place your order at least 10 weeks before the contest date. This is to ensure we have time to make changes if needed. I will take emergency orders on a case by case basis. These orders are subject to a $75.00 rush fee. Anyone ordering with less than 4 weeks will be charges a $100.00 rush fee.
Suit prices are on a quoted basis depending on material and decoration coverage. Pricing can change at anytime and without notice. Please contact me with any questions you may have on placing an order. You can also check out out Q&A page. Please note custom suits are not returnable. Suits that are not paid in full by documented contest date become property of Suits by Amy.
